TAIHEIYO ENGINEERING CORPORATION was entrusted to conduct ‘Joint Crediting Mechanism Feasibility Study Energy Conservation in Cement Industry’ by Japanese Ministry of Environment through its affiliate organization Global Environment Center.

TAIHEIYO ENGINEERING CORPORATION conducted a feasibility study to reduce fossil fuel consumption and CO2 emission by changing clinker production process from wet process to dry process to a Mongolian Cement plant. TAIHEIYO ENGINEERING CORPORATION submitted a report to Japanese Ministry of Environment through its affiliate organization Global Environment Center including proposed JCM methodology, PDD, and calculation of CO2 emission reduction potential.
